What to have ready when you need a payment reviewed or want to request a cancellation.
Request a payment review
Keep your receipt and provide the payment date, amount, and reason for your request. Do not share your full card number or card security code.
If you need to cancel
Send your request as soon as possible so the status of the work can be checked. Do not make another payment if you are unsure about the status of an existing one.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Compare your receipt with the transaction on your account. If you find a duplicate or an incorrect amount, keep both records to help with the review.
